All of our proposal writers and managers have over 10 years’ experience each in government contracting and are Level III Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certified in contracting through Defense Acquisition University.

We are also members of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and are Certified Professional Contract Managers (CPCM). A certification that requires you to have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, at least 5 years professional experience in the contracting field and a minimum of 120 hours of continuing professional education.

Andrea has 12 years of experience in the government contracting sector. She is DAWIA Level III Certified in contracting through DAU and a member of the NCMA. She has a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification through the National Contract Management Agency (NCMA). She also serves as a lead consultant to other government consulting firms in the areas of small business, proposal development, solicitation review ,procurement, government contract law, and contract administration.
